All orders above EUR 50 are delivered for free. For orders up to EUR 50, you must pay the regular costs for shipment as follows (including VAT):

Smartpost - EUR 2.59 to 6.90 depending on the country. Favorable, safe, and convenient means of delivering the goods – just select the preferred location of the Smartpost parcel machine on the checkout page. Courier - EUR 3.99. Favorable, safe, and convenient means of delivering the goods – receive your package at the front door, delivered by courier. Please also double-check your mobile phone number and address, since they will be used as delivery details.
Send goods to Omniva post office - 3.60 EUR, use wide network of Omniva post offices to receive goods in fast and safe way (NB! Available only in Estonia).
International postal package
We use the Estonian Postal Service as our partner for international deliveries. The cost for delivering orders below 50 EUR is 3.99 EUR. Please note that the delivery time is slightly longer than provided by courier companies like UPS and DHL, depending on the service provided by your local postal company. However, the delivery comes at a favorable price or even without a cost!
Pick it up yourself! (NB! Available only in Estonia)
Pick your order up at desired and comfy time in our Flagship store (Press house, Pärnu mnt 67a, Tallinn). Working time Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00, Sat 11:00-16:00, Sun CLOSED
Satisfied customers are our top priority. It is possible to return the ordered goods and unilaterally withdraw from the transaction within 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order (except for gift cards).
If the product has been used for purposes other than those necessary to familiarize and ascertain the characteristics and functioning of the product or has signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the decrease in the value of the product. Possible causes for a decrease of withdrawal value:
- The product is not in the original Marmara Sterling packaging
- The product has been used
- The product has not retained its original quality
- The product is visually damaged (including mechanical damage)
- The submitter of the refusal is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of the product within the term of exercising the right of withdrawal
RETURN OF GOODS
When returning goods, the principle applies - the return is carried out in the same way as the goods were delivered to the buyer:
Using Omniva parcel machines
- If the shipment has been delivered to one of the Omniva parcel machines and returned within 14 days of receipt. Omniva shipment notification will include a free return code, which can be used within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To return the product, use the same Omniva parcel machine to which the product was delivered.

Using Itella Smartpost
- If the parcel arrives at a blue parcel machine, it can be returned through Smartpost’s blue parcel machines anywhere in Estonia with the same door code that was used to receive the parcel. Code is valid for 30 days since the package was received. If you wish, you can also return the parcel from a white parcel machine, in which case the return must be executed through the my.smartpost.ee self-service using the parcel’s barcode.
- If the parcel arrives at a white parcel machine or parcel point, the client must execute the return based on the parcel’s barcode in the my.smartpost.ee self-service by selecting a preferred parcel machine (blue or white).

When using the above methods of returning the goods, it will be free of charge for the Client. When using other return methods, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Customer for transportation costs associated with the return of the goods.
MONEY REFUND AND PROCESS
The Seller returns the cost of the returned Goods/returned Goods, including the delivery costs incurred by the Client, to the Client's current account within 14 days from the date of receipt of the application for withdrawal from the contract. The Customer is obliged to deliver the returned goods to the Seller within 14 days from the date of sending the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The online store may refuse to issue a refund until the returned item(s) is/are delivered to the seller or until the buyer provides evidence that he sent the item back, whichever occurs first. The returned Goods must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled and free of signs of use. The goods must be complete (contain the sales packaging and all items contained in the sales packaging).
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to familiarize and ascertain the characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
If the payment was made by invoice/PayPal, please send the bank account number.
It is not possible to exchange the returned product for another, so you are welcome to place a new order.
Please note that items purchased in the e-store cannot be returned to Marmara Sterling dealer stores at this time.
